System Maintenance

Customers will be unable to log into My Account or report outages on tep.com or the TEP mobile app from Friday, July 18th from 6:15 p.m. through Monday, July 21st at 6 a.m. due to system maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

You will still be able to pay your bill either online or over the phone at 800-650-9138 using KUBRA EZ-PAY. If you use this method to pay with a bank account during this period, the convenience fee will be refunded on your next TEP bill. Payments made over the weekend will be posted to your account beginning on July 21st. You also can pay your bill with cash or by mail.
